This project involved the construction of 14 light industrial units, covering a total area of 7,842m2 at Marlin Park in Feltham. The units are steel portal frame buildings, and range in size from 376m2 to 1,500m2. They are clad in composite panels, and the roof is a built-up cladding system. Each unit has a small reception area and a REIDsteel mezzanine floor, with a 7.5m clear internal height, up and over loading doors and tinted double-glazed windows, all supplied by Reids. The floors are designed to withstand loads of up to 30kN/m2.

Curtain walling and glazed entrance doors are also designed and manufactured by REIDsteel.

All units have manually operated insulated steel roller shutter doors.
