This building was constructed for Silent Gliss blind manufacturing company, and consists of a 3 storey office structure with a portal framed industrial factory to the rear.

The office building is 46m x 13.7m, and 10.8m high, and has a structural steel frame with a tied portal frame to the main factory area. All walls of the office are clad down to finished floor level with a composite cladding panel. REIDsteel provided the steel frame with cladding, and glazed curtain walling on the front of the building 6m x 9.8m high, as well as roof glazing with electrically operated opening vents. The building has external steel spiral staircases at each end of the office, and an internal feature staircase with steel balustrades.

The industrial unit is a 2-bay portal frame, and spans 55m x 73m, and is 7m high. REIDsteel provided a walkway/balcony for the production area 22m long, with support beams cantilevered from the main office columns. There is also a loading bay canopy with structural steel central supports and a test tower, open on 3 sides to the production area.
