This plastics factory in Ryde on the Isle of Wight was designed and manufactured by REIDsteel. It a steel portal frame building, measuring 32m in length, 12.5m wide and 5.5m high.

The roof has curved eaves with concealed gutters. A 2.5m high entrance canopy with a curved roof was added to the main factory building.

Two REIDsteel roller-shutter doors were installed in the building.
